Why yes, we do. We offer a two-year warranty on all of our hair tools that are purchased new and unused from Xtava LLC. As long as you have an original proof of purchase (think: order number), it covers any defect — no matter how small — that may have been on us. That means any faulty parts, manufacturing, or workmanship are all covered for these two years. Just reach out to let us know [LINK TO CONTACT], and we’ll be happy to help. Unfortunately, this doesn’t cover products bought from unauthorized third-party sellers, so triple-check where you’re buying our products to make sure they’re legit. Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by other factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) the following: a. normal wear and tear; b. abuse, mishandling, and accidental or intentional failure to follow operating instructions; c. exposure to liquid or any substance that can get into the product; d. service or modification of the product done by anyone other than us, Xtava.

Why yes, they are. While we don’t sell out of any brick and mortar locations (yet), you can purchase our products on Amazon.com. Just contact us to verify which third-party sellers are authorized by Xtava. If the seller is not authorized, the warranty is void. :(

We believe one size does not fit all when it comes to hair care. Our team comes from all over the styling spectrum: straight, wavy, curly, and then some. So, we know that curly girls need different flat irons from wavy babes, and straight haired girls crave more added volume than others. We’re here to develop products catered to your hair type and needs.

We currently ship to the lower 48 states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, unfortunately). We don’t offer international shipping — yet.

We offer 2 shipping speeds, Expedited (2 to 4 days) and Priority (1 to 2 days). Purchases over $49 qualify for free Expedited shipping (excluding Curly Hair Kits). Actual shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your shipping address.

Our essential ingredient, found in all Styling Squad formulas, is traceable, sustainable pequi oil (aka the argan oil for curly hair) from the Brazilian Cerrado. Other Styling Squad products contain Brazilian clay, sustainably sourced under strict DNMP (Brazilian National Department of Mineral Production) standards, as well as aloe vera juice, coconut oil, caffeine, argan oil, broccoli seed oil, keratin, and avocado oil. See each product page for more detailed information. All Styling Squad products are formulated without harsh sulfates or parabens.
